FAQ
What is the difference between the Wattsense Bridge and the Wattsense Tower Control?
Both our products, Bridge and Tower Control, share the same hardware: the box. However, their uses and therefore their features are different.
On the Bridge console, users can configure their equipment remotely and access real-time data and logs. The data is not stored on the Wattsense server.
The Tower Control offers exactly the same features, but with automation extras that provide greater visibility and control, such as automation scenarios, alarms, dashboards, charts and other data visualisation tools. Another big difference is cloud connectivity, which allows remote control while data is stored on the Wattsense server.
So, the Tower Control offers more features for controlling and monitoring buildings remotely. Users can set up alarms and view their centralised data on dashboards, charts and diagrams.
What is the power supply for the box?
Stabilised power supply input: 85-264 V AC output: DC 24 V +/-10% / 2 A.
You can find more information here.Is the box CE certified?
Yes, the box and our hardware are CE certified and manufactured in France, in Usson-en-Forez.
