We're excited to bring the same clarity and simplicity that defines our technology to our commercial offering. Our new lineup consists of three focused solutions:
Our established products you know and love:
• The Bridge: For secure, efficient local data access
• Tower Control: A light Building Management System (BMS) with automation capabilities
New to our catalogue:
• Tower Lift: A Cloud Connectivity solution
"The evolution of our portfolio is a direct response to the diverse and evolving needs of our customers," says Emmanuel Val, CEO of Wattsense. "We've listened, we've innovated, and we're now delivering a clearer suite of solutions designed to accelerate the use of BMS in small and medium-sized buildings. Our goal is to empower every player in the building ecosystem with the right tools to achieve their specific objectives."
Introducing the new Wattsense portafolio: tailored for your success

The Bridge: your local gateway
Designed for: Distributors and integrators focused on local data acquisition and on-site supervision.
The classical Wattsense Bridge is the foundational solution for connecting your building equipment to a Building Management System (BMS) or other on-site supervision tools.
Main features:
- Remote configuration: Manage your gateway settings from anywhere.
- Real-time data: Access immediate insights from your connected devices.
- Local Redirection: Easily integrate with BACnet, Modbus, or MQTT for on-site control.
Ideal for: Projects requiring a reliable, local bridge for sensor data (e.g., LoRaWAN) to be integrated into an existing BMS, enabling local automation based on real-time conditions. Available in 100 points or unlimited versions to scale with your needs.
[NEW] Tower Lift: Cloud Connectivity for Data-Driven Proptech's
Designed for: Those who want to leverage building data without needing direct automation capabilities from Wattsense. Tower Lift provides powerful cloud connectivity, focusing purely on efficient and secure data retrieval. It's the perfect solution for Main Features:
- Data historization: Store and access historical data for in-depth analysis.
- API & Webhook Integration: Seamlessly push data to your preferred cloud platforms and applications.
Use case: Residential buildings or portfolios where the primary need is to collect vast amounts of data (e.g., electricity, water meters, environmental sensors) and integrate it into a central analytics platform or Energy Management System via API for billing, predictive maintenance, energy performance or tenant experience apps.
Tower Control: the complete automation solution for small and medium sized buidlings
Designed for: Integrators, Facility Managers, and Property Owners seeking a comprehensive solution for building automation and operational insights.
Tower Control is our flagship offering, providing a full suite of tools for monitoring, controlling, and optimizing building performance. From sophisticated automation scenarios to intuitive dashboards, Tower Control puts you in command.
Main features:
- Automation scenarios: Create custom rules to optimize energy consumption and comfort.
- Scheduling: Implement time-based controls for HVAC and more.
- Remote alarms: Receive instant notifications for critical events.
- Dashboards & Graphs: Visualize building performance with customizable insights.
Use case: Small to medium-sized commercial buildings (e.g., post offices) where you need to connect various equipment (boilers, controllers, meters, sensors) and implement intelligent automation to react to conditions, optimize schedules, and reduce operational costs.
Simplified pricing: What it means for our current customers

We've listened to your feedback and moved to a clear pricing model directly linked to our new product categories: Bridge, Tower Lift, and Tower Control. This means instead of deciphering feature matrices across multiple plans, you simply choose the product that aligns with your specific use case, whether it's local connectivity (Bridge), cloud data integration (Tower Lift), or full building automation (Tower Control).
Each product now comes with a clear set of features, a transparent pricing model (a one-time payment for Bridge, and flexible subscriptions for Tower Lift and Tower Control), and straightforward point configurations, ensuring you get precisely what you need without unnecessary complexity.
A smooth transition for our existing customers
We are committed to ensuring a seamless and positive transition for all our current clients. Your existing licences and subscriptions will be handled with care:
Bridge customers: If you are currently using an on-premises solution, your existing licence will not be automatically migrated. You have the flexibility to trigger a licence update at your convenience by requesting our commercial team to move to our new offerings.
Tower Customers: For our cloud-based customers, the transition to the new subscription structure will occur upon the expiration of your current yearly subscription, this will be handled seamlessly during your renewal process. Should you wish to update sooner, you can contact our sales team to transition sooner.
Our goal is to make this evolution as easy as possible, allowing you to continue leveraging Wattsense's power with enhanced clarity and flexibility.
