We've listened to your feedback and moved to a clear pricing model directly linked to our new product categories: Bridge, Tower Lift, and Tower Control. This means instead of deciphering feature matrices across multiple plans, you simply choose the product that aligns with your specific use case, whether it's local connectivity (Bridge), cloud data integration (Tower Lift), or full building automation (Tower Control).  

Each product now comes with a clear set of features, a transparent pricing model (a one-time payment for Bridge, and flexible subscriptions for Tower Lift and Tower Control), and straightforward point configurations, ensuring you get precisely what you need without unnecessary complexity. 

A smooth transition for our existing customers  

We are committed to ensuring a seamless and positive transition for all our current clients. Your existing licences and subscriptions will be handled with care:  

Bridge customers: If you are currently using an on-premises solution, your existing licence will not be automatically migrated. You have the flexibility to trigger a licence update at your convenience by requesting our commercial team to move to our new offerings.  

Tower Customers: For our cloud-based customers, the transition to the new subscription structure will occur upon the expiration of your current yearly subscription, this will be handled seamlessly during your renewal process. Should you wish to update sooner, you can contact our sales team to transition sooner.
